Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
Our team uses Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) as an analytical method to elucidate (1) the dynamic evolution of metabolic networks and (2) the mechanistic functioning of enzymes. We develop novel methodology to identify and quantify biochemical reaction networks in cell extracts, notably of micro-organisms with biotechnical application. As for the enzymatic studies, we are mostly interested in degrading enzymes that operate at the surface of insoluble polymers.
