The Quality approach
La certification ISO 9001:2015 de TBI a été renouvelée après l'audit de mai 2022 par l'AFNOR.
ISO 9001 certified since 2016, TBI is committed to a quality approach to continuously improve its efficiency in its relationships with its partners in order to maintain and even amplify its positioning as a Center of Excellence in Biotechnology and Processes.
La certification nous assure d’avoir une organisation interne efficace qui prend en compte les exigences de nos tutelles administratives, de nos partenaires académiques ou industriels et de nos personnels.
It is part of a desire to improve our indicators of academic excellence and consequently the external visibility of our laboratory. It is based on the motivation of the staff by encouraging exchanges, by establishing mutual trust and respect for the know-how and skills of each.
Eco-responsible research officers
The Environmental approach
On the initiative of a group of about ten people, the TBI laboratory committed to an environmental approach in August 2019.
TBI's "Eco-responsible Research" group has the following goals:
- to carry out TBI's greenhouse gas (GHG) assessments
- to consider measures leading to the reduction of TBI's GHG emissions and to propose reduction trajectories
- lead discussions on reducing GHG emissions and the laboratory's environmental footprint
Among the concrete actions carried out by this group, we can mention:
- l’établissement d’une charte environnementale de TBI
- la mise en place de poubelles de tri sélectif des déchets avec l’aide de l’INSA
- the participation in eco-responsible challenges such as the Digital Cleanup Day or AYAV (Allons Y A Vélo).
