Humans of TBI

The “Humans of TBI” project is designed to highlight the science that comes to life in our laboratory, through the stories of the people who contribute to it. Inspired by the portraits created by ESRF , this project is a tribute to the professionals who make TBI a place of innovation and collaboration.

Through portraits of its staff, “Humans of TBI” recounts the diverse backgrounds of scientists, engineers, technicians and administrative staff, all united by a common passion for research and scientific advancement. This blog aims to give everyone a voice, reflecting the wealth of human experiences that shape our working environment.

When we launched the project, we wanted to select the “Humans” in full collaboration with our teams. To this end, a large-scale anonymous survey was organized, enabling all laboratory staff to take part in this collective process.

For this first edition of 2024, we are delighted to unveil the photographs taken by Baptiste Hamousin ,accompanied by the stories of  Christelle Labruyere . Join us as we explore the faces and stories that make science possible at TBI!
