Enzymes characterized in vivo thanks to synthetic and systems biology

A team of scientists from Toulouse has developed a strategy for measuring enzymatic parameters in vivo in their cellular context. Cette méthode innovante, qui utilise l’ingénierie génétique et les outils de modélisation et d’analyse de la biologie des systèmes, pourrait être utilisée pour optimiser des procédés de production biotechnologiques. The results of the study are published in EMBO Journal.
