The NEWPOWER cross-border cooperation project aims to solve the problems associated with the heavy accumulation of agricultural and forestry residues and thus limit the risk of fires. It involves 10 public and private partners in Spain, Portugal and France, including the Toulouse Biotechnology Institute (TBI) and the agro-industrial chemistry laboratory (LCA) at the Occitanie-Toulouse centre.
