Difficiles \u00e0 identifier dans les bases de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9quences, des \u00e9tudes de caract\u00e9risation biochimique longues et fastidieuses entravent leur d\u00e9veloppement pour des applications industrielles. Nous discutons ici des derniers d\u00e9veloppements dans les strat\u00e9gies employ\u00e9es (y compris les outils automatis\u00e9s) pour l&#8217;exploration des glycosides phosphorylases, les pr\u00e9dictions d&#8217;activit\u00e9 et le criblage fonctionnel.
