Les oligosaccharides sont des sucres complexes, qui ont des applications vari\u00e9es dans les domaines de la sant\u00e9, de la nutrition et de la cosm\u00e9tique, notamment en tant que mol\u00e9cules antig\u00e9niques et pr\u00e9biotiques.
