Cette th\u00e8se pr\u00e9sente un cadre de mod\u00e9lisation et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation permettant d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 technique ainsi que la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et environnementale de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne pur pour la r\u00e9duction du minerai de fer dans des r\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 cuve. La recherche combine une mod\u00e9lisation multiphysique d\u00e9taill\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle du r\u00e9acteur avec une simulation du sch\u00e9ma de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et une analyse du cycle de vie (ACV), offrant une vue d&rsquo;ensemble de la voie H\u2082-DRI avec diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies de chauffage \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone. Un mod\u00e8le transitoire 1D spatial est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour simuler la r\u00e9duction de boulettes de minerai de fer multicouches dans un r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 lit mobile \u00e0 contre-courant fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne pur. Le sous-mod\u00e8le des boulettes tient compte de la diffusion gaz-solide, du transfert et de la cin\u00e9tique des r\u00e9actions chimiques simultan\u00e9ment dans les diff\u00e9rentes couches solides des boulettes. De plus, afin de refl\u00e9ter le comportement complexe de la r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;oxyde de fer \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, trois r\u00e9gimes cin\u00e9tiques distincts sont introduits : la cin\u00e9tique \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (T &gt; 570 \u00b0C), r\u00e9gime interm\u00e9diaire (450 \u00b0C &lt; T &lt; 570 \u00b0C) et cin\u00e9tique \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (T &lt; 450 \u00b0C), permettant une \u00e9tude plus large du ralentissement de la vitesse de r\u00e9action observ\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus basses en raison des changements de st\u0153chiom\u00e9trie et de l&rsquo;inhibition de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau. Le mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9acteur inclut le transport convectif-diffusif transitoire et les bilans \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques dans des conditions adiabatiques. Les \u00e9tudes param\u00e9triques d\u00e9montrent la sensibilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 aux variables op\u00e9ratoires cl\u00e9s, telles que la temp\u00e9rature du gaz, la taille des boulettes, la porosit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9bit du gaz. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9duction compl\u00e8te peut \u00eatre obtenue \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es (par exemple 900 \u00b0C) dans des configurations de r\u00e9acteurs plus compacts, tandis que des limitations cin\u00e9tiques importantes se produisent en dessous de 600 \u00b0C, m\u00eame avec de petites boulettes. Afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre l&rsquo;analyse au niveau du processus, un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 complet de DRI \u00e0 base d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne est simul\u00e9, incluant le chauffage des gaz et des solides, le recyclage de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne et la production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne par \u00e9lectrolyse. Deux strat\u00e9gies de chauffage \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone sont envisag\u00e9es : (i) le pr\u00e9chauffage \u00e9lectrique du gaz et (ii) le chauffage solaire direct du r\u00e9acteur. Ces configurations sont compar\u00e9es au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence MIDREX, qui utilise le gaz naturel comme r\u00e9ducteur. Une analyse du cycle de vie int\u00e9gr\u00e9e est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e afin de quantifier la performance environnementale de chaque sc\u00e9nario. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les sc\u00e9narios H\u2082-DRI aliment\u00e9s par le mix \u00e9lectrique fran\u00e7ais actuel peuvent r\u00e9duire l&#8217;empreinte carbone de 53 % (chauffage \u00e9lectrique) et 57 % (chauffage solaire), avec des r\u00e9ductions suppl\u00e9mentaires pouvant atteindre 82 % (-0,79 kg<sub>CO2-eq<\/sub>\/kg<sub>DRI<\/sub>) dans des conditions d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone. Toutefois, les performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et environnementales du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 restent fortement d\u00e9pendantes de la production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, qui domine la consommation
