Cette pathologie se caract\u00e9rise par une digestion intestinale d\u00e9ficiente due \u00e0 une s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion insuffisante de sucs pancr\u00e9atiques, entra\u00eenant ainsi des douleurs, un inconfort, et \u00e0 terme, une malnutrition s\u00e9v\u00e8re. Malgr\u00e9 les nombreuses approches th\u00e9rapeutiques ayant montr\u00e9 leur inefficacit\u00e9 au cours des trois derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, la pr\u00e9sente \u00e9tude propose une formulation lipidique solide strictement hydrophobe innovante, administr\u00e9e par voie orale, dans le but de restaurer la fonction digestive. Cette technologie repose sur la capacit\u00e9 de la matrice hydrophobe \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger physiquement le principe actif hydrophile des conditions gastriques hostiles, tout en assurant une lib\u00e9ration rapide de celui-ci dans le duod\u00e9num, en ciblant sp\u00e9cifiquement l\u2019interaction avec la nature amphiphile des sels biliaires. Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent que cette formulation assure une protection efficace d\u2019un ingr\u00e9dient actif sensible \u00e0 l\u2019acidit\u00e9 au cours de son transit gastrique (Fluide Gastrique Simul\u00e9, FGS), et facilite sa lib\u00e9ration rapide dans un environnement duod\u00e9nal simul\u00e9 (Fluide Intestinal Simul\u00e9, FIS). En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9servation d\u2019un ingr\u00e9dient actif de nature prot\u00e9ique s\u2019\u00e9tend au-del\u00e0 de sa structure primaire pour inclure ses fonctions biologiques, telles que son activit\u00e9 enzymatique. Cette technologie d\u2019administration de m\u00e9dicaments pourrait ainsi permettre la protection de biomol\u00e9cules actives hydrophiles, telles que la pancr\u00e9atine, sensibles \u00e0 l\u2019acidit\u00e9 gastrique, tout en favorisant leur lib\u00e9ration imm\u00e9diate au contact des sels biliaires dans le duod\u00e9num proximal, avec pour objectif ultime de corriger le d\u00e9ficit digestif li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019IPE.<\/div><div class=\"default-style\">\u00a0<\/div><div>La soutenance se fera en pr\u00e9sence du jury suivant :<\/div><ul data-end=\"1249\" data-start=\"1166\"><li data-end=\"802\" data-start=\"726\"><div>Mme Claire BOURLIEU-LACANAL \u2013 UMR IATE, INRAE, Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier<\/div><\/li><li data-end=\"863\" data-start=\"803\"><div>M.
