Inspired by the <a href=\"https:\/\/humans.esrf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> portraits created by ESRF<\/a> , this project is a tribute to the professionals who make TBI a place of innovation and collaboration.<\/p><p>Through portraits of its staff, \u201cHumans of TBI\u201d recounts the diverse backgrounds of scientists, engineers, technicians and administrative staff, all united by a common passion for research and scientific advancement. This blog aims to give everyone a voice, reflecting the wealth of human experiences that shape our working environment.<\/p><p>When we launched the project, we wanted to select the \u201cHumans\u201d in full collaboration with our teams. To this end, a large-scale anonymous survey was organized, enabling all laboratory staff to take part in this collective process.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">For this first edition of 2024, we are delighted to unveil the photographs taken by <a href=\"https:\/\/baptistehamousin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Baptiste Hamousin <\/a>,accompanied by the stories of \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/christelle-labruyere.com\/\" target=\"_self\">Christelle Labruyere <\/a>.
