In 2022, it received a new-generation nuclear magnetic resonance console to drive its 800 MHz cryomagnet.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ce nouvel \u00e9quipement coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 une micro-cryosonde permet d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les profilages de m\u00e9tabolites tout en augmentant la sensibilit\u00e9 et en parall\u00e9lisant les acquisitions.\u00a0Le spectrom\u00e8tre RMN 800 MHz, situ\u00e9 sur le site INSA TBI, est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse fonctionnelle du m\u00e9tabolisme\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle cellulaire, tissulaire ou d\u2019organismes plus complexes. Ce dispositif technique, unique en r\u00e9gion, est\u00a0utilis\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre de ce projet, dans un contexte de biotechnologie et de sant\u00e9 humaine,\u00a0pour des approches de profilage m\u00e9tabolique quantitatif et de profilage isotopique (13C). L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tant de porposer \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 scientifique de nouveaux services avec l&rsquo;analyse potentielle de nouvelles niches biologique (type et\/ou quantit\u00e9 de matrices) et d\u2019augmenter ainsi le d\u00e9bit d\u2019analyse et la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019information r\u00e9colt\u00e9e sur un m\u00eame \u00e9chantillon<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-374bafb elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"374bafb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c94550d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c94550d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La spectroscopie RMN est utilis\u00e9e en m\u00e9tabolomique notamment pour la richesse des informations qu&rsquo;elle fournit, sa robustesse et son caract\u00e8re quantitatif. En revanche, son manque de sensibilit\u00e9 est un frein \u00e0 son utilisation pour des \u00e9chantillons limit\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9. Cela remet en cause son utilisation pour des \u00e9tudes cin\u00e9tiques sur des quantit\u00e9s faibles de cellules, et surtout si l&rsquo;on pr\u00e9voit une analyse multi-omique. Tr\u00e8s souvent, ces \u00e9chantillons doivent \u00eatre dilu\u00e9s et les exp\u00e9riences doivent \u00eatre prolong\u00e9es pour accumuler une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de signal, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas souhaitable pour une analyse \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit.
