Le XXe si\u00e8cle nous a appris \u00e0 modifier leur intimit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9tique ainsi que celle de tout le vivant, puis \u00e0 les mettre \u00e0 notre service. Ainsi sont n\u00e9es les biotechnologies qui d\u00e9sormais nous nourrissent, nous soignent ou bien encore produisent notre \u00e9nergie. Quelle place prennent-elles exactement dans notre quotidien ? Quelles sont les techniques innovantes utilis\u00e9es dans l\u2019industrie et en bioth\u00e9rapie ?
