modifi\u00e9, une m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019\u00e9volution adaptative sous contraintes m\u00e9taboliques est appliqu\u00e9e. Les mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques responsables du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019\u00e9volution observ\u00e9 sont ensuite identifi\u00e9es et caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es, afin de proposer un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019adaptation et \u00e9valuer la robustesse et la flexibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux m\u00e9taboliques des bact\u00e9ries.<\/p><p>Cette m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019\u00e9volution adaptative <em>in vivo<\/em> est appliqu\u00e9e, par exemple, pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une voie synth\u00e9tique glycolytique non oxydative (NOG) fonctionnelle en ana\u00e9robiose (Projet SynBiochem) ou de
