class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>SOLIDIA a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du territoire, en proposant un service d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche de d\u00e9monstration industrielle dans le domaine des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Implant\u00e9e depuis 2016 sur le site de CLER VERTS, \u00e0 B\u00e9lesta-en-Lauragais en Haute-Garonne (31), la plateforme, dans sa configuration initiale, accueillait des projets de recherches centr\u00e9s sur les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de m\u00e9thanisation et la valorisation des d\u00e9chets organiques.<\/p><p>Depuis 2023, elle a renforc\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s avec une nouvelle plateforme consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la <strong>valorisation du Biogaz<\/strong>. Soutenu par la r\u00e9gion Occitanie et en partenariat avec Ter\u00e9ga, op\u00e9rateur gazier, CLER VERTS, sp\u00e9cialiste de la collecte et de la valorisation des d\u00e9chets organiques et l\u2019INSA de Toulouse, \u00e9tablissement public d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de recherche, SOLIDIA Biogaz offre dor\u00e9navant la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper des technologies de traitement et d\u2019enrichissement du biogaz en biom\u00e9thane destin\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre inject\u00e9 dans les r\u00e9seaux de transport et de aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9022\"><p>Les deux premiers pilotes accueillis sur la plateforme sont des pilotes de m\u00e9thanation qui transforment le CO2 contenu dans le biogaz en m\u00e9thane \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne produit par \u00e9lectrolyse de l\u2019eau.<\/p><p><b>Methamag<\/b> : pilote de m\u00e9thanation catalytique muni d\u2019un chauffage par induction magn\u00e9tique. La r\u00e9action de m\u00e9thanation, qui vise \u00e0 transformer le CO2 biog\u00e9nique du biogaz brut en m\u00e9thane, se d\u00e9roule dans un r\u00e9acteur avec des nanoparticules de nickel chauff\u00e9es par induction magn\u00e9tique.<\/p><p><b>Demetha<\/b> : bior\u00e9acteur \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages utilisant une culture mixte de micro-organismes pour enrichir le biogaz en m\u00e9thane. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour optimiser le taux de conversion du CO2 en m\u00e9thane avec un rendement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 99 %.
