recherche de l\u2019\u00e9quipe PHYGE vise \u00e0 comprendre la physiologie des microorganismes sous contraintes environnementales de mani\u00e8re \u201cint\u00e9grative\u201d, en combinant les approches et outils de la physiologie quantitative (m\u00e9thodes biochimiques, mol\u00e9culaires et biophysiques) avec celles du g\u00e9nie microbiologique (conduite de r\u00e9acteur, strat\u00e9gie nutritionnelle) pour une caract\u00e9risation ph\u00e9notypique des microorganismes au plus pr\u00e8s de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 industrielle.<\/p><p><strong>Deux axes majeurs<\/strong> sont abord\u00e9s :<\/p><ul><li>L\u2019axe I \u00ab <strong><em>Understanding and engineering microbial cells for functional food, feed and health<\/em><\/strong> \u00bb concerne la compr\u00e9hension de la physiologie et des interactions microbiennes pour les aliments fonctionnels et la biotechnologie industrielle.<\/li><li>L\u2019axe II \u00ab <strong><em>Understanding cell heterogeneity for mastering robustness in bioproduction<\/em><\/strong> \u00bb concerne la compr\u00e9hension de l&#8217;h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 cellulaire pour ma\u00eetriser la robustesse des souches microbiennes en condition de bioproduction intensive.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, les activit\u00e9s de recherche visent \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances scientifiques qui seront mis au service de
