de l\u2019\u00e9quipe BLADE s\u2019inscrivent dans le domaine de la physiologie bact\u00e9rienne et visent \u00e0 mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adaptation des bact\u00e9ries \u00e0 leur environnement pour mieux maitriser leur utilisation. L\u2019\u00e9quipe a pour objectif 1) d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances fondamentales et m\u00e9canistiques sur le fonctionnement des bact\u00e9ries et 2) d\u2019accroitre leurs performances en biotechnologie par des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie r\u00e9pondant aux enjeux de la bio\u00e9conomie. L\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019int\u00e9resse particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 deux bact\u00e9ries mod\u00e8les, <em>Lactococcus lactis<\/em> et <em>Escherichia coli<\/em>, dont les domaines d\u2019application sont l\u2019industrie agro-alimentaire, la sant\u00e9 humaine et la biotechnologie blanche.<\/p><p>Au laboratoire, les bact\u00e9ries sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9es en les soumettant \u00e0 des perturbations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques (mutants) ou environnementales (stress, changement de source de carbone, \u00e9puisement en nutriment, etc.), seules ou en interaction avec d\u2019autres bact\u00e9ries ou des sous-populations h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. L\u2019\u00e9quipe utilise les approches et m\u00e9thodologies de la biologie des syst\u00e8mes qui consistent \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser par des outils \u00ab\u00a0omiques\u00a0\u00bb les diff\u00e9rents niveaux des processus cellulaires\u00a0(g\u00e8nes, ARNm, prot\u00e9ines et m\u00e9tabolites), puis les int\u00e9grer par des mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques afin d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir
