visent le design et la construction de syst\u00e8mes biologiques optimis\u00e9s, que ce soient des macromol\u00e9cules (ing\u00e9nierie mol\u00e9culaire) ou des microorganismes (ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9tabolique). Nous nous appuyons sur nos comp\u00e9tences en ing\u00e9nierie des prot\u00e9ines, notamment des cytochromes P450 et des prot\u00e9ines des coques des microcompartiments bact\u00e9riens, et en biologie de synth\u00e8se, notamment sur la voie de production de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes et de terp\u00e8nes chez la levure <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae<\/em>. Nous analysons comment les param\u00e8tres enzymatiques et cellulaires sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019une voie m\u00e9tabolique synth\u00e9tique dans le but d\u2019en r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact physiologique et m\u00e9tabolique sur la cellule h\u00f4te. Pour cela, nous cherchons \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les activit\u00e9s des enzymes au sein des voies synth\u00e9tiques (quantit\u00e9, activit\u00e9, promiscuit\u00e9, assemblage) ou optimiser les souches de levure (r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019expression, localisation subcellulaire, etc.).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
