Le plateau d’\u00e9cologie quantitative et fonctionnelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2006 au Laboratoire TBI – Toulouse Biotechnology Institute. L\u2019objectif de ce plateau, est entre autres de capitaliser et d\u2019adapter les savoir-faire. Le plateau est l\u00e0 en tant que conseil et accompagnement pour le choix et la mise en \u0153uvre de m\u00e9thodologies d\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes complexes. La mission g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du plateau d’\u00e9cologie quantitative et fonctionnelle est de d\u00e9velopper puis de mettre en \u0153uvre des techniques analytiques afin de caract\u00e9riser la composition, l\u2019organisation et l\u2019activit\u00e9 de mod\u00e8les simples binaires aux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes complexes et comprendre les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d\u2019interactions qui s\u2019y d\u00e9roulent.<\/p>
