It is based on the motivation of the staff by encouraging exchanges, by establishing mutual trust and respect for the know-how and skills of elementor-size-default\">The Environmental approach<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae1eb35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ae1eb35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">On the initiative of a group of about ten people, the TBI laboratory committed to an environmental approach in August 2019.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d027e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d027e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>TBI's \"Eco-responsible Research\" group has the following goals:<\/p><ul><li>to carry out TBI's greenhouse gas (GHG) assessments<\/li><li>to consider measures leading to the reduction of TBI's GHG emissions and to propose reduction trajectories<\/li><li>lead discussions on reducing GHG emissions and the laboratory's environmental footprint<\/li><\/ul><p>Among the concrete actions carried out by this group, we can mention:<\/p><ul><li>the establishment of an environmental charter for TBI<\/li><li>the installation of waste sorting bins with the help of INSA<\/li><li>the participation in eco-responsible challenges such as the Digital Cleanup Day or AYAV (Allons Y A V\u00e9lo).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6dc4da
