expertise on the yeast <em>Yarrowia lipolytica:<\/em> a promising chassis for the production of lipid derivatives. In my research, I combine tightly enzyme and metabolic engineering strategies to diversify the panel of lipid-derived products (tailored or functionalized fatty acids but also polymers) that could be produced by this oleaginous yeast.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
