th\u00e8me porte sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la cin\u00e9tique microbienne au sein de bior\u00e9acteurs op\u00e9rant dans des conditions de culture sp\u00e9cifiques. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019\u00e9tudier les relations dynamiques entre les param\u00e8tres du proc\u00e9d\u00e9, les facteurs environnementaux et le comportement microbien. Cela permet d\u2019identifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments critiques influen\u00e7ant la physiologie microbienne et limitant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des usines cellulaires microbiennes, afin d\u2019orienter les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s via des techniques de microbiologie ou d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9tabolique (voir th\u00e8me 2). Ce th\u00e8me int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie des bior\u00e9acteurs en fonction des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la fermentation \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, notamment le couple micro-organisme\/substrat\/produit. En particulier, l\u2019\u00e9tude des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fermentation gazeuse n\u00e9cessite le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux syst\u00e8mes de culture microbienne optimis\u00e9s pour atteindre de hauts taux de transfert de gaz, permettant d\u2019obtenir des densit\u00e9s cellulaires \u00e9lev\u00e9es et de hautes performances en mol\u00e9cules d\u00e9sir\u00e9es. Des strat\u00e9gies de gestion des bior\u00e9acteurs sont alors d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es selon l\u2019objectif de production et\/ou d\u2019investigation CNegSAF vise \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser un consortium bact\u00e9rien synth\u00e9tique pour convertir l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert et le CO<sub>2<\/sub> concentr\u00e9 issu des d\u00e9chets (\u00e9mis par des entreprises chimiques) en biocarburants durables pour l\u2019aviation. Dans la perspective de futures missions habit\u00e9es de longue dur\u00e9e (Lune, Mars), l\u2019autonomie logistique de la station lunaire repr\u00e9sente un enjeu majeur et n\u00e9cessitera notamment l\u2019utilisation des ressources locales pour assurer la survie des astronautes.
