data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>My activities are principally dedicated to (i) adhesion of microorganisms to surfaces and\/or to other microorganisms (flocculation, agreggation, biofilms) in order to understand biofouling (cleaning-in-place, immersed sensors) and surface proteins (adhesins, pili, cell wall) and (ii) identification of physical limitations of coupled transfers during biological reactions in a bioeconomy context.<\/p><p>As a physicist, I developped tools to scrutinize adhesion capacity of species (Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, fungi, spores) by quantifying significant parameters (shear-stress flow chamber, optical tweezers, AFM) such mainly as detachment forces, single-molecule force spectra, multiplexed microfluidic combined with OT to understand heterogenity encountered in bioreactors.<\/p><p>I am currently the head of Tranfer-Interface-Mixing group at
