Il regroupe 2 laboratoires\u00a0: TBI (INSA Toulouse), le LEESU avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe OCAPI, trois entreprises\u00a0: Le Sommer Environnement, Solagro et MEIKO ainsi qu\u2019une collectivit\u00e9\u00a0: Toulouse M\u00e9tropole.<\/strong><\/p><p>Le projet se penche sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de passer d\u2019un m\u00e9tabolisme urbain lin\u00e9aire vers une \u00e9conomie circulaire des ressources pour les syst\u00e8mes urbains, et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement le syst\u00e8me alimentation-excr\u00e9tion. Les mati\u00e8res organiques et nutriments issues de notre alimentation se retrouvent dans les biod\u00e9chets et dans nos excr\u00e9tats et sont peu valoris\u00e9es alors qu\u2019elles sont n\u00e9cessaires pour l\u2019agriculture. Le tri \u00e0 la source de ces mati\u00e8res permet d\u2019augmenter les taux de valorisation par rapport \u00e0 une action en bout de chaine. La s\u00e9paration \u00e0 la source, le traitement et la valorisation des d\u00e9chets organiques sur site est ainsi une solution pertinente, mais qui ne se justifie \u00e9conomiquement que si ces op\u00e9rations sont correctement organis\u00e9es, soutenues financi\u00e8rement, accept\u00e9es socialement, reconnues pour leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9fices environnementaux et ne g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas de nuisances.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le projet TANGO souhaite lever les verrous sociotechniques ci-dessous avec les actions suivantes\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Un manque de simulations globales des flux mati\u00e8re et \u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle d&#8217;un territoire urbain pour juger de la pertinence de sc\u00e9narios de gestion. Des outils de mod\u00e9lisation de sc\u00e9narios prospectifs de cette gestion seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et test\u00e9s sur le territoire toulousain.<\/li><li>Des modes de collecte qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des g\u00e8nes et nuisances et imposent des fr\u00e9quences de collecte \u00e9lev\u00e9es et on\u00e9reuses. Deux pr\u00e9-traitements de gestion de proximit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res organiques seront compar\u00e9s apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode de qualification<\/li><li>Un d\u00e9faut d&#8217;analyse des freins et leviers pour accroitre la diffusion de nouvelles pratiques par les usagers et professionnels. Par une analyse des projets en cours, TANGO s\u2019int\u00e9ressera donc aux dynamiques de diffusion sur les territoires de la pratique et de la construction de fili\u00e8res et de politiques.<\/li><li>Des acteurs multiples \u00e0 r\u00e9unir et \u00e0 faire travailler de concerts pour faire \u00e9merger des cas concrets. Des outils d\u2019animation seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre du projet
