humaine, l\u2019alimentation et au bien-\u00eatre tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019environnement selon l\u2019approche de \u00ab\u00a0Sant\u00e9 Globale\u00a0\u00bb qui reconnait l\u2019interconnexion et l\u2019interd\u00e9pendance de ces diff\u00e9rents sujets. Nos mod\u00e8les d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sont vari\u00e9s, avec une grande diversit\u00e9 de fonctions enzymatiques principalement impliqu\u00e9es dans des r\u00e9actions de synth\u00e8se ou de modification de mol\u00e9cules. Un axe fort de recherche concerne la synth\u00e8se \u00e0 fa\u00e7on et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e d\u2019oligosaccharides, de polysaccharides et de glycoconjugu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide de transglycosylases et de glycoside-phosphorylases bact\u00e9riennes, qu\u2019elles soient naturelles et\/ou \u00e9volu\u00e9es. Le second axe majeur concerne le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre de m\u00e9thodes et d\u2019outils associant mod\u00e9lisation mol\u00e9culaire et intelligence artificielle d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des relations structure-dynamique-fonction et au design de prot\u00e9ines pour de nouvelles approches d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie sur mesure d\u2019enzymes, de nano-anticorps, de \u00ab\u00a0binders\u00a0\u00bb et d\u2019assemblages multiprot\u00e9iques ou
